"So grateful to Debbie in this office! She "saved the day" for us after a recent vehicle accident. We'd been struggling connecting with the claims department, securing a rental car with a provider, and tying that claim to the rental. The stress of this situation melted away once Debbie got involved. We now have secured a rental (after having to lock one in on our own over the weekend) with her assistance. Kaleb and his staff always offer wonderful support and guidance. Their patience and diligence to help clients -- especially in emotionally charged situations like a vehicle accident -- are why we will always be loyal State Farm customers. Thank you!"
