"So grateful to Debbie in this office! She "saved the day" for us after a recent vehicle accident. We'd been struggling connecting with the claims department, securing a rental car with a provider, and tying that claim to the rental. The stress of this situation melted away once Debbie got involved. We now have secured a rental (after having to lock one in on our own over the weekend) with her assistance. Kaleb and his staff always offer wonderful support and guidance. "My family and I recently switched to State Farm after multiple years spent with a different insurance agency. Kaleb Hale, Katie, and his entire office offer extremely affordable rates compared to others, and the level of service provided is top-notch. I especially had a great experience getting my auto insurance reinstated today after said previous agency let my policy lapse without notifying me that a renewal was needed. Katie was OUTSTANDING with the customer service she afforded me, and everything was accomplished in less than 30 minutes. I so appreciate the efficiency, care, and attention from Katie. I will recommend this office to additional family members and friends who are looking to make the switch. Sure am happy I did!"
