Our Story:

I have been with State Farm since 1999. My favorite thing about my job is the relationships I have built with my customers over the last 20+ years. At State Farm, culture is what is most important to us. I enjoy getting to know my customers on a personal level, which allows me to develop lifelong friendships. I grew up in both the Kansas City and Topeka areas and am a proud graduate of the University of Kansas! Having watched my father, Ted Hale, work as a State Farm Agent – I always knew that this was what I wanted to do. After going to work for him in 1999, I was later able to open the doors of my own agency in 2007. Interacting with my customers on a daily basis is very rewarding, as I get to create and adapt car, home, life, and health insurance plans to fit their needs.

We've proudly served Olathe, Kansas, and surrounding communities since 2007. As a second-generation State Farm Agent with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, I've had the opportunity to walk alongside families through many of life's milestones. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and together, we're raising three amazing kids. I'm also a proud graduate of the University of Kansas and love supporting local schools, sports teams, and youth programs.
